										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>India is currently one of the fastest-growing markets. This also applies to industrial sectors where pure hydrogen is required for manufacturing.</p>
<p>CALORIC is therefore delighted to be awarded with the contract for a hydrogen plant with a capacity of 4,500 Nm³/h.</p>
<p>The plant will be prefabricated and delivered according to CALORIC’s highly modular design concept to ensure the customer can start hydrogen production as quickly as possible and thus commission the entire production facility.</p>
<p>For CALORIC, this project represents a promising approach to successfully implementing plant concepts in the Indian market in collaboration with customers using “customised quality” solutions.</p>

<p>The plant concept implemented in this project is another successful example of CALORIC&#8217;s core competence with its CUSTOMIZED QUALITY approach of developing and implementing customer-specific solutions cost-effectively.</p>
<p>The project will be delivered and installed for the customer on a turnkey basis.</p>
<p>Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2026.</p>

<p>The new hydrogen plant emphasizes the company’s leading market position both in the region and in the semiconductor industry with its’ very high demands in hydrogen purity.</p>
<p>The construction method tailored to specific requirements presents a significant advantage to the customer since the plant will have to be installed on an area-limited site. CALORIC’s experience in the field as well as the company’s references in relation to design challenges were among the most important criteria for the customer when awarding the contract.</p>
<p>The plant will be fully pre-assembled and pre-tested before shipment in 2025.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In the context of a production expansion, which requires an increasing hydrogen demand over the next years, CALORIC could win another order with its tailor-made plant concept &#8220;Customized Quality&#8221;. The requirements for the plant concept were manifold, among others an extended partial load range was necessary, the minimization of the cooling water consumption was required and the available space for the installation was limited.</p>
<p>The consumption- and cost-optimized solution developed by CALORIC convinced the customer, as a result of which CALORIC has further expanded its internationally leading role in customized plant design in the market.</p>
<p>In addition to the delivery, the order also includes the turnkey installation and commissioning of the hydrogen plant. The approach of delivery &#8220;everything from one source&#8221; was another decision criterion for the customer to award the contract to CALORIC.</p>
<p>The start-up of the plant is scheduled for Q4 2024.</p>

<p>The plant will deliver 1000 Nm³/h pure hydrogen at a pressure of 30 bar. As there is no the need of any hot oil heating in the Caloric HM process it is one of the most clean and sustainable methanol reforming processes on the market.</p>
<p>The plant will be delivered Mid of 2024 and strengthen further CALORIC market position in South East Asia for the supply of fully automatic and pre-manufactured hydrogen generation units.</p>

Beyond the implementation of several operating conditions, requirements for high purity products have to be considered in the concept as well as the limited plot area, which was given and challenging. CALORIC’s cost efficient plant design was most advantageous for client, by which CALORIC could strengthen its position in tailor made plants using its Customised Quality concept.</p>
<p>The contract covers not only the plant delivery to Central Europe, it includes also the turn key installation and plant commissioning. The plant delivery approach “all from a single source” was an additional benefit for client and part of the decision making process to grant the contract to CALORIC</p>
<p>The handover of the plant is scheduled for Q3 2024.</p>

The hydrogen plant is part of a new production complex for re-refining of used lube oil in Lithuania. This plant will be CALORIC’s first plant in the Baltic area but the forth plant within lube oil refineries, strengthening CALORIC’s market position in this business segment. The client took advantage of CALORIC’s unique skid mounted design concept to achieve shortest installation time and costs to match the fast track project schedule. The plant will be shipped in Q1, 2023.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>CALORIC was awarded a supply contract for a hydrogen generating plant based on steam methane reforming technology in the U.S. CALORIC is considering the U.S. market as an interesting and growing market for small scale hydrogen plants and had therefore started some time ago a “design program” for such plants as the regulations, certification as well as the codes and standards for these units needed to be adapted and incorporated in CALORIC’s well proven industrial design standard “Customized Quality”.</p>
<p>The US market is expected to be grow further for small scale on-site hydrogen plants as long as the transportation limits for liquid hydrogen will continue. The capabilities of CALORIC in combining high reliable and efficient plant concepts with the implementation of all specific requirements were one of the most important key factors for the client to choose CALORIC as supplier for this hydrogen plant. The hydrogen plant will be part of a new industrial complex in the Southwest of the U.S. and is expected to be on stream beginning of 2023.</p>
